My Inspiration






These people are my inspiration.  The top picture is of my brother who has lost over 100 lbs.  And my good friend who has lost 70 lbs. and is still going.  What amazing people to inspire people to get healthy to.  I hope they don't mind that I'm posting about them. O.K. so I know that I put in my in my last post that I was going to try and lose weight the natural way and that is still the plan.  Eating right and exercising but I had a friend tell me about this new Natural Weight loss pill and I thought if it will help with controlling my Hunger and suppress my appetite that maybe it won't hurt.  I could use all the help I can get.  I have used it consistently the last couple of days and so far so good.  I feel really good on it.  I will keep you updated on if I feel like it's worth the effort or not.  Happy Day everyone!!

Day One

Day One

Today is the beginning of a new life for me.  I've decided to take the first day of summer to make my change.  My wonderful husband who I know will be my best supporter in all of this took this picture for me.  I would like to definitely see a difference in the months to come.  I'm pretty new to this whole losing weight thing.  I have lost 20 lbs. here and there throughout the past 12 years but I really want this time to be different.  I made a trip to the grocery store and hopefully made some good choices for my eating. 

I've also decided to use a wonderful app on my phone that I have used in the past to lose a little weight.

The problem that I have had in the past is the fact that I do really good for a couple of months then give up and move back to my old habits.  This time I'm hoping for a lifestyle change.    I've seen a lot of people close to me lose weight in different ways.  But I really do believe that eating right and exercising is the way to go.  My brother has lost 120 lbs. doing this exact thing.  I'm hoping I can follow in his footsteps.  So wish me luck on this wonderful journey I'm about to go on.  Ready Set Go!
